First rule of SweatClub: Tell everyone about SweatClub
So…what the heck is SweatClub? Somewhere along the line, we started overestimating our weaknesses and underestimating our greatness. SweatClub promises to prove that you are stronger than you give yourself credit for.
SweatClub is a fun, as challenging as you want to make it, body positive workout designed by personal trainer and lululemon ambassador, Angela Beaulieu, to help you create confidence through sweat. What can you expect at a SweatClub workout? You can expect to get sweaty. You can expect your mind and body to be challenged. You can expect to have fun. You can expect to get uncomfortable and become part of community ready to lift you up.
You can expect that no two workouts are ever the same. We use our body weight and minimal equipment to build strength and endurance. We utilize multiple formats including a dynamic warmup, interval training, partner work and circuits. Every workout is followed by a cool down/stretch/mindfulness sesh.
If you have a body, you can workout with us. All levels and genders welcome. Haven’t worked out in years? Work out every day? We believe modifications are pathways to success. Want to make any exercise harder or easier? Options will always be given! SweatClub is a community and we want YOU to be a part of the magic that comes from sweat.
