SweatClub Programs:

ALL I WANNA DO IS ZOOM WITH YOU!

Just because we are physically distancing, doesn’t mean we still can’t get sweaty together!  Now more than ever, we need each other. Join Angela on Zoom for spin + body weight workouts. Every workout will leave you feeling more connected to yourself/others, a little lighter, and a whole lot stronger!

Classes are $10 each or $50 for 3 weeks (April 13- May 2).

Price for 3 weeks includes both live streaming group classes and recorded workouts– emailed to you AUTOMATICALLY. Just over $16/week for up to 6 weekly sweat sessions! You must sign up for the $50 option by April 11th!

***Until April 13th, we are still donation based via venmo @Angela-Beaulieu. Want in to classes– email sweatclubnwa@gmail.com with the classes you want to join and Zoom links/passwords will be sent to you!***

Class Schedule (CST):

MONDAYS

12pm | Total Body (30min) *Starts April 13
530pm | SPIN (45 min/rhythm ride)

WEDNESDAYS

9am | Bootay + Core Workout (30min)
5:30pm | Arms + Abs Workout (30min)

SATURDAYS

8am | SPIN (45min/rhythm ride)
9am | Total Body (40min)

*An email will be sent each Sunday letting you know what type of equipment to bring. We will use our bodies, resistance bands, weights or weight like household items. (If you don’t have equipment, no worries! You can do everything with just your body.)

Never worked out before– SweatClub is for every body, every level. Angela meets you at your base and you’ll always leave feeling like a badass. Modifications aka “pathways to success” will be offered with ALL workouts.

SOCIALS: Currently on hold. SweatClub meets once a month at local businesses to sweat, have fun, and create community while supporting community. #sweatlocal
